I had Steve one of the technicians come round to complete some work and he was a genuine credit to the company arriving on time,extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. Making the right decision as to who to buy from is never easy but it is the aftercare once bought that should be the deciding factor and E.J Payne are quite simply the best and we have put our confidence in them over the years and they have ALWAYS exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed by the knowledge and advice given and found Ricky and the team very trustworthy. The installation by the team was very professional and friendly, everything to do with the maintenance and chemicals was explained thoroughly. We have since purchased spa chemicals and accessories from them and found them to be very reasonable. On the odd occasion we have had to contact Ricky and the team for advice, we have always found them to be very helpful and have even visited to offer advice and assistance when needed. It goes without saying that their customer service is second to none and I have no problem recommending them and have done on many occasions. Thank you. Jason

From the moment I walked in I was greated with a freindly welcome and explained my requirements. The advice given was very helpful and no pushy sales to sell me stuff I didn't need.
